introducing myself to this board

Welcome, Donna and glad you joined us on the LW board. Wish I could have been on the DS cruise but dh is not a cruise kinda guy (he's also a DS'er & a LW).

Head games in the mirror are probably our biggest issue.

Hi Donna. I totally understand the looking in the mirror, and not "seeing the tiny woman" syndrome. I am very happy with my loss so far, but just do not "see" the skinny woman yet. I also am not at goal yet, so I cannot fathom yet staying stable and not regaining. I worry so much I will somehow screw this up! This forum helps me to keep it "real". Hope it helps you too!

Welcome Donna!  So glad you are here!  Sounds like you guys had a blast on the cruise.....I'm definitely getting the "cruise itch" again but I have to get my Disney "fix" first in October!

It looks like your surgery has been a HUGE success!  Congratulations!  I understand about the mirror.....I don't know how I feel any more!  I need to take some new pictures...haven't done that since surgery.  Pictures always tell the WHOLE truth to me!
