Bra fitting
Before my gastric, but after my breast reduction I was really hard to fit. I still wore a really wide band but was only a B cup. And I'm not complaining about the B either. Anyway, someone sent me to a store called Intimacy. We have it here in Florida and I saw it in NY, not sure where else they have one.
The fitters choose your size differently than most stores. Let's just say they don't use a tape measure, more of a hands on approach! They also recommend style types based on your boob shape. For me, they recommended the structure of lace instead of the more popular molded cup. (Since gastric I've gone back to a molded cup but I digress....)
The bras there are VERY expensive but I took what I learned (and they came up with a completely different size-bigger cup, much smaller band-than anyone else had ever suggested) and used the info to try on bras at cheaper places.
What a difference it made!
