Have no clue how or where to go to get my pancakes put back where they go.
I need something to make them look better right now I am getting major rashes and infected hair folicles from either them hanging ( not often though) or my bras and I want to fix this.

Anyone please advise how I do this, I have never done it before.... THANK YOU

I would go to a major department store and have someone measure and fit you for a bra. I just did this, and a new bra can make a world of difference. I had no idea what size I wore, until I had someone measure and fit me for a new bra.

If you have a JCPenney's go there, but call first as they have bra fitter's on staff. See this thread from the MB: http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/amos/4349052/ladies-only-bra-questions/ the post by Jean M who is a JCP bra fitter.

Macy's should have fitters on staff--I just got fitted on Saturday! I went down a band size, but not a cup size yet. :)

I had to go to an underwire formed cup to keep them off my chest.  Medicated body powder helps with the rashes also. but if you ever want to get them done for good, take pix of the rashes.  Evidently you will need it for insurance.

I went to Victorias Secret.  They carry the odd sizes, like 32DD - which you won't find in typical stores.  I went to Balis/Hanes and they measured me, but I couldn't fit into anything they had... but they measured me for the sizes THEY carry.

Before my BL/BA I was a 32D.  Mainly because I had to fold the tissue left and skin into the cup.  I went the other day and bought a new bra.  Its a 36D - they measured me a 32/34 around the rib, but I would have needed a 34DD, which they didn't have.  She brought me the 36D, which fit just fine, for now.  It is loose around the ribs, but that's ok since my scars are still healing.  Whats interesting is she said I measured a C/D...

The 32D I had from VS I loved- it was padded and it made the girls look good - in clothes.  As of now, you really can't tell I've had anything done as my clothes on, I primarily look the same.

Go get measured.  Otherwise its a frustrating effort trying all kinds of bras on without really knowing what size you should wear.  Now - different bras fit different, like different pants.  Even with VS some of their bras I wore a 34D and others a 34DD - all depended on the cut, etc.

I prefer the Playtex 18 hour wide straps. I don't think I'll ever go to VS for a bra. Just not my type.

Awww - where's your adventurous side? DH would love it!!!

Actually I got a bra WITHOUT and underwire (because of my BLBA).  Even before though, I couldn't fit in a Penneys'or Kohls bra - just didnt fit!
