1pm:
1.5 golfball size turkey meatballs w/ a little sauce
a few green beans
1/2 serving protein pudding
somewhere in there
1 oz macadamia nuts
dinner
2 of the turkey meatballs w/sauce and shredded parmesean
Calories - 769
Protein - 56
Carbs - 16

Hi all,
got home from visiting with DD and family and had to rest the rest of the weekend to recover. Grocery today,errands tomorrow then going back to Dd's on Wed thru Sat. Another week will be gone! The next week I MUST stay home and do some housework...the dust bunnies will be growing arms and legs,maybe they will walk on out,lol.

I always get my water in..and most of the time I've been working out and walking..I noticed that I don't always say this..
I love waking up to no electronics Roz!!
Also..Roz, my Protein may be a bit more than I posted here..today I actually put the ingredients and not just Chili Con Carne into sparkpeople..about 5 more..I tried to get in another shake this evening, but it wouldn't go down. I need to go buy some more of those jello snacks from GNC they have 25 grams of Protein..if not more in one little cup..they don't taste that great, but I could have probably eaten one last night where I could not have put in another shake..

Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large
CVS Calcium Citrate +D, 2 serving
Vitamin - CVS Brand - Hair, Skin & Nails with Antioxidants 3,000mcg of Biotin (3 pills),
Instant Coffee, 16 fl oz
CVS Chewable Spectravite Multivitamin, 2 serving
Lunch:
Chili Con Carne With Beans, 100 grams
Porterhouse steak, 1 oz
Dinner:
BSN Syntha-6 Banana, 44 gram(s)

If you put unflavored protein in your jello when you cook it you can't even taste the protein. It might be cheaper than buying premade jello and it would definitely be better. If you put Cherry Nectar into cherry jello, I think that would be great tasting.
Do you make thick shakes? I have trouble getting them down. I mix all of my Protein in water and just use a shaker cup to mix it. It's more the consistency of Milk or Crystal Lite.
It's great that you are taking all of your vitamins but your Protein is necessary for your total health. Don't skimp on it!!!
