My tummy isn't doing so good. The pain is right at my bra line and it is so uncomfortable. I can't get the gnawing emptiness feeling to go away and then when I eat, it feels even worse. I'm not sure what to eat.

Glad to hear you did good yesterday. I hope today is successfull too!!!

Do they think it is gallbladder or an ulcer? My gallbladder didn't bother me all the time, but I know it is different symptoms for different people and sometimes is very hard to figure out what is wrong.

Can you get any of the Carafate to take and see if that calms it down? You have a long time to wait until you have the sonogram.

The PCP thinks it's my gallbladder. Actually he never even mentioned Ulcer. Is Carafate a perscription? My Sister-n-law works at the hospital and I was thinking of calling her to see if she could get me in sooner.

It is a prescription and my insurance didn't pay much on it-I don't know why. It really settled my pouch down and I haven't had to use it again, but I now take something everyday and try to limit my acidy foods. Mine was just an irritated pouch and was right around my belly button - so yours sounds like something different maybe.

Roz, after seeing you drink lemon tea alot for your snacks, I tried some this morning. Wow, it's really good and I added crystal lite lemonaid. Our local GNC carries it so I'm going to buy some. I like it much better than the fuzzy navel, which I'm still working through.

Your GNC sells Syntrax Lemon Tea or did you buy another brand? I've been trying to get ours to get it in stock so I don't have to order it. Jody really likes the Fuzzy Navel, but I don't really care for it plain but maybe if added something to it I'd like it.

I started listing my Protein snacks as Protein. It's funny how the work snack makes me think of unhealthy foods.

I have the fuzzy navel and add the sunrise orange crystal lite to it. But I definately like the lemon tea better.

Yes, our GNC carries the syntrax nectar protein powder. They also carry the bariatric advantage vitamins. I think I probably pay a little more but I like the one on one I have with them.

If you think about it can you ask at your GNC store the product number so maybe my store can get it in. Is your a Speciality GNC or just a regular one? Do you get the gold members discount on it? I keep checking their website hoping they start carrying it.

Hi Roz,
I talked to the store and they carry it, but it's not a GNC approved item. With the gold member discount the lemon tea is $35.99. I know I can get it cheaper on the internet, but I want to support them so they'll keep carrying it.

I order 6 jugs at a time but it would be nice to just walk in and get one if you needed it. I do buy my chocolate and cookies n cream from them. If enough people bought it they might actually include it in their orders.

I've wrote to GNC several times asking them to sell it.
