S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: 1/2 high fiber low carb tortilla, 2.5 ozs ham, 1 oz cheese, 2 tbls lite mayo
S: Carbmaster Ice Cream
Vitamins: Morning done
Water: 60 ozs so far
Miles: None yet
