I am doing well today so far, I am going to keep it up and get it done right this week.

L-Bowl of Chili 24 g
Snack- Cheese stick 6 g
Dinner- another bowl of chili 24 g
If I have a snack it will be another cheese stick

Our electricity went off yesterday afternoon, but came right back on.  I hate it when I have to reset all the clocks and alarms.

Are you feeling any better Roz?

Here's today's plan - maybe I can stick with it.  I did good yesterday.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  Salad w/ 2.5 ozs ham, 1 oz cheese, 1 tbls bacon bits, 2 tbls lite rasp vineg dressing, 1/4 boiled egg
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  1/2 high fiber low carb tortilla, 2.5 ozs ham, 1 oz cheese, 2 tbls lite mayo
S:  Carbmaster Ice Cream

Vitamins:  Morning done
Water:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  None yet
