Before surgery I think, no I know, I would have gagged at some of the things I now eat, and I think they're pretty darned good. I have no desire for ground beef however, and eggs don't sit well at all. I turned my back on some sugar free cookies because I know I would eat more than one, or two, or three.....
Someone from work brought in a pineapple upside down cake and I just squeezed my eyes shut and walked on my, feeling very virtuous, and salivating.
My rescheduled appointment is this Friday, but it snowed 12 inches up on the hill, so don't know if I'll have to reschedule again or not. Geez.

Miles: stationary bike 4.75 miles 35 minutes, 2 mile jog 26:30 minutes, walk home .89 miles 20:18 minutes. Today was training day 9 out of 28 on my c25K program.
Farrier was 45 min late this afternoon and I am frozen from being outside so long, not doing anything but holding horses and donkeys.

About 3 weeks ago, I left the keys in my car and turned forward so all the inside stuff came on when I was looking at my GPS for directions. I then went into the house and went to bed. Needed a jump the next day.
Was doing great on my meal plan last week Sun-Thurs....then we had a retirement party at work and my eating has gone from bad to worse.------NEW START NOW//WONT WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW

Hi Roz, I'm so sorry you had a crappy morning. It has to get better tomorrow!!
The gal in the office right next to mine had 6 cases (yes cases) of GS cookies delivered this morning. All I can say is Praise Whomever that I eat low carb and won't go near them. I've never bought one and have only tasted one or two in my life. No girl scouts in my family, just soccer players!
I'm hungrier today. Maybe low protein yesterday is making me draggy today, along with only 5 hours sleep last night. UGH!

I didn't have a high protein day yesterday..I don't think I ate too badly though.
I had homemaid chili and vitamins for breakfast..coffee black..
For lunch I went to Demos Restaurant and ordered the chicken shish kebab dinner. I ate 1 skewer sharing bites with my son. and a large Greek salad that consisted of lettuce, 2 small slices of tomatoes 2 olives. and a dressing of vinegar and olive oil. no salt..
It was a nice day..but at 5pm..I was shivering and shaking with flu symptoms..no more eating for me.
I did get in a lot of water.. and walked a lot..
