I thought I'd be ok without it - but realized how much I needed it! 

No money, no drivers license... PITA. 

Tom and I had a slice of a Spinach Pie at a Greek restaurant in Greektown in Detroit in December - we both liked it a LOT.  Of course it came with a pastry crust.  Tom makes it without the crust and a little egg to hold it together.  Its Feta cheese, spinach, and he put some bacon bits and mushrooms in it this time, baked and topped with cheddar cheese.  Its low carb and very tasty!  Of course I LOVE cooked spinach - don't care for raw spinach...

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

Oh Roz...I was surprised by the emoti-con you posted...sorry about the day not starting off nice at all.

I swayed so far off track...today is my work Monday so I am focused and working real hard to get back organized. If there is one lesson to learn...impromtu eating doesn't work for me. Period. I MUST plan and prep or else it goes sideways for me. I am up 3-4 lbs and not feeling good inside...sooooo....

b - 2 egg beaters & 1/2 protein waffle (24g & 147 cal)
s - protein coffee (24g & 114 cal)
l - chicken breast 1oz & veggies w/hummus (13g & 130 cal)
s - clementine & blueberries

Sorry I shocked you. I removed it.    It was one of those mornings that if I swore I'd be letting loose....LOL  That's about as mad as I get....LOL   I pick my grandchildren up every morning and take them to the bus so my DD doesn't have to take the baby and day care kids out and my stupid mistake inconvienced everyone.  She had to rush around getting everyone ready to go outside and she only had 6 minutes to do that and get them to the bus. Then I had to get the other DD and DGS out of bed to take me to work and I hate walking into work late and with the electric being off yesterday that made me late 2 days in a row.

I have to be organized too.  I'v even found that I have to know exactly what I'm going to order at a restaurant before I get there and I can't even look at the menu because I'm likely to stray away from my plan.

Today sounds good....glad you are back on track!!

 wow ya'lll are disciplined ladies ...  I could NEVER  plan ahead  and actually stick to it ....  my whole issue with diets ....

Wow Roz, you are having a rough time of it.  Hope tomorrow morning is great for you.

I went shopping at lunch today and bought me 4 new shirts - so I feel good this afternoon.  It is amazing how much more fun shopping is and how good it makes me feel!!

Here's the plan:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  1/2 high fiber tortilla, 2.5 ozs ham, 1 oz cheese, 1 tbls lite mayo
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  2.5 ozs ham, 1/2 cup green beans
S:  Carbmaster Ice Cream
Totals through afternoon snack:
1058 calories, 39 carbs, 39 fat, 137 protein
