Yesterday I started the day out with no electric and today my day started with a dead battery.  I left a dash light on.  I had to get my DD and DGS out of bed to take me to work.  I hope your day started out on a Wonderful Note!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.
  It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Tender but I don't have such a bad hunger sensation today.  I ate a little fruit and it didn't make it any worse today. 

How do you make your shakes.  I couldn't drink thick ones before but I'm thinking I'd like to try them again.

You might like Nectar strawberry mousse. I use 8 oz half & half and a little water, add 1 1/2 scoops of powder, shake and drink it up. Tastes like Nestles Quik strawberry to me.

I've been craving an english muffin.  I don't think I've had one since surgery.  I wanted a bagel so bad and I had a half of one a few days ago and it was such a disappointment. It felt like a log in my tummy.  It's surprising how my tastes have changed.

Roz...have you tried the bagel thins? They are full bagel size but super thin...each one is 100 calories and of course I can only eat 1/2...but gives you the feel of a bagel and sits well since it toasts up real good...

I haven't tried them but I do eat the sandwich thins every once in awhile and I really like them.

My car has an automatic turn off if I leave the door open or light on.  But, I've done that plenty of times before...

B - coffee wtih 3 scoops chocolate protein with SF peppermint paddy syrup
L - a piece of spinach pie - yum yum
S - greek yogurt with Sf cherry pie filling just before I leave work, before zumba
D - Wood**** - yes, as in the little bird.  Tom was SO proud and said I'd love it.  Ehh it was ok, was gamey tasting.... I'd eat it again. 
Vits:  put them in my purse.  Left my purse home - GEEZ
Water  doing ok

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

You left your purse at home?  I'm not sure I survive the day...LOL

I've never heard of spinach pie.  I'm not sure if I'd like that or not.   It sounds really healthy.
