I found a real yummy dip ( Thank you Diana) is a ranch packet mixed with plain greek yogurt! Served this with veggies to a bunch of friends and they did not know a difference.
I have also done a turkey cheese wrap, where it is nothing but turkey and cheese wrapped together held with a tooth pick. I am sure many others will chime in too.

You can use greek yogurt instead of mayo in the deviled eggs too.

I had a party and got a lot of recipes from Eggface's site. I made the cheese log shaped like a pineapple, the antipasto skewers, the moose munch type popcorn (only with sugar free chocolate) and some egg bites.

Also check out www.bariatricfoodie.com ..  I just made the patty melt bites (in mini muffin tins), and the ruben ramekins.  Both big hits.  She has mozerella sticks made with string cheese that also look good. too.

Another vote for eggface!

We've served her ricotta bakes ( http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2010/11/weight-loss-surgery-friendly-party.html and scroll down the page),

a couple different varieties of her bites (crustless quiches), and - the big favorite for non-ops - her pesto shrimp ( http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2008/12/shrimp-and-single-beds.html ).

You can't beat her food.
