Those are great.  My D level is the same as yours and I am contiplating cutting my dose a drop too, I am happier when it is closer to 100.  I have to say my Endo is better when she see these high D levels now, she doesn't say anything anymore.

I am confused about one thing though - why if your calcium and D are so good is your PTH so high?

I would watch the A, it is okay now but you don't want it to go any higher.  I was at 98 and purposely brought it back to 85 but I know you malabsorb it much more than I do and getting such good levels are hard for you to do.  So, do what you think is best I just advise you to not let it go over 100 - vitamin A toxicity is just as bad as A deficiency

Thanks! I think the wonky PTH might be from the Fosamax I take for osteoporosis. Since I started that rat poison 2 years ago those 3 levels have been all over the place. I see my PCP tomorrow and want to talk to her about the new injectable osteo drugs. Some have seen 20% improvement in bone density. The Fosamax only stopped the bone loss as of last year but hadn't put anything back. Bone density scan in a couple weeks, so we'll see how I've done this past year.

The vitamin A is coming down. I'm only on 25,000IUs per day now. I'll see if it continues to drop a bit or holds this level in 6 more months. Who would have ever thought I could get the A this high from where I started 3 1/2 years ago.
