Hi guys,
Vitalady is working her routes for this summer's cross-country trip. If you want to see her and talk vitamins and labs and stuff, here's your chance. This is only the eastbound route. I'm sure they're working on the return westbound route as well.

I know I am a little ignorant but what happens when they tour? Can you buy stuff?
I have bought off her site so am curious. Plus, I bow down to anyone who has maintained post surgery.

When I saw her it was at a cookout and she had a few samples that she gave us but mainly we went over labs and listened to her explain the facts of life and labs post-WLS. Lemme tell you, she looked awesome! Maintaining goal weight after 15 years, not a wrinkle in sight...I was impressed too.

Thanks Gina.....I may have to check her out.......it says Knoxville and that is an easy ride from here. I have been reading books on those who have been successful so the more I can learn the better. I also feel like my program is lacking as far as vitamins so this added education could be great. There arent many long term studies on weight loss surgery so meeting someone who is LONG term post op is a great opportunity. I will try to remember to keep checking her site out.

I would have loved to have met her and talked to her but the towns she is going to be are way too far south. I am in the northeast - New York. Maybe another time

Well, you might still be able to work it out. This route is the eastbound route and the westbound will take her up the east coast and then back across to WA state. Stay tuned.
