New (again)--to OH & WLS
Hi! Welcome and I'm too glad you found us!
I'm 2 years 4 mo out, and I'd love to hear advice from you about maintenance. I'm struggling with it and my scale is starting to creep up a bit. I haven't been exercising, but am going to start going back to the gym and zumba again next week.
I'm also getting back on track with my eating. While I don't eat awful, I have let some stuff creep back in that I convince myself is "ok when its not all the time"....
I'm glad you're getting a 2nd chance. We're here to help you!

Hi Jody,
I'm very glad to support you in whatever way(s) I can, but it sounds like you already know the keys to your long-term success: consistent exercise, and not letting the refined carbs/junk foods creep back in. That, plus the structural changes, over which you have less control...
I'm grateful for this second chance, and for the opportunity to learn how to take more control over the things I can. And I appreciate knowing that I can rely on you for help along the way....

Good luck on your surgery this week, and welcome to the board.
