Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals. It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

I'm so proud of myself that yesterday I got in 60+ g of protein. WoodieHoodieHooooo!
Today the Caramel Latte/Sk Milk/Coffee seems too filling. I can't get it down. Very different from other protein powders. But I noticed it has 200 calories for the 34.5 g of protein, and 5 g of fiber.
Day 12 post-op, full fluids
B: 1/2 c skim milk, coffee, Caramel Latte by Syntha-6 21 g

tilapia in goan fat free fish curry stew with peas and mushrooms
off to walk the jewelry show
a couple pieces of candy ( its EVERYWHERE and i was HUNGRY) , a handful of pistachios in their shells and an orange ( not too bad )
a bit of bagel then .. got my senses and had turkey breast mustard and fat free cheese and was SATISFIED forhours .... who knew ?!
need to drink more water though

D: Rueben Ramekin (a Nik recipe) and maybe a patty melt bite (another Nik recipe) while watching the Oscars. DS and DDIL are coming over to watch with us. But we're probably only going to make it to 10:00 p.m. We're OLD.
Yesterday, I finally finished the chewy D3 and Biotin I was taking from GNC that unfortunately provided 80 calories and 16 carbs per day. Should be interesting to see the changes in weight loss and hunger. I got some dry D3 and I'm going to skip the Biotin. I was reading and I don't believe biotin will make a difference as long as my protein stays high.
I haven't calculated the content of the Rueben yet, so can't provide totals. If light on protein, I'll have a shake this afternoon.
Miles:
C25K training, ran 2 miles and walked 1.25 for total 3.25 miles. The high in Charlotte today is supposed to be 77 and a low of 55 tonight. Will probably run tomorrow morning because the weather is so nice.

Last night I was so stupid.. I had a whole bag of microwave popcorn, a candy bar and two macroons.. I'm so dissapointed in myself..of course I got sick..very sick..but why oh why did I do this to myself??
Here's what I did have during the day.
Breakfast:
Instant Coffee, 16 fl oz
CVS Chewable Spectravite Multivitamin, 2 serving
Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large
CVS Calcium Citrate +D, 2 serving
Vitamin - CVS Brand - Hair, Skin & Nails with Antioxidants 3,000mcg of Biotin (3 pills), 3 serving
Lunch:
Mango 1 slice
Flounder (fish), 2 oz
Atlantic Salmon (fish) 1 bite
Coconut Macaroons Cookies, 3 small cookies
chinese steamed vegetables,
Chinese Restaurant style green beans,
Dinner:
Haddock (fish), 3 oz
Microwave popcorn-boy scout, 3 cup
Carrotts, raw, 0.5 small (5-1/2" long)
CALORIES 702 CARBS 86 FAT 37 Protein 62
I should probably add 200 calories to that for the candy bar and extra carbs..but I got so sick..threw up the whole bit.. NOT happy with msyself..today I need to really be very very low in carbs as they are my trigger food..maybe not even vegetables.. What did I do to me??
