Good Morning. Who's rocking the boat?
It's great to be back but I missed you guys and spoke of you often. Just so you know, the LWs were well represented on the DS cruise. I may be the only one that posts here regularly, but there were 2 others there that claim LW status and I hope I was able to recruit a new one to come join OH and get on the LW board. I promised her no flaming and we don't eat our young.
Y'all have a great Sunday!

I got home last night from my clinic. The weather cooperated and we had great days to be out playing with the pony. The instructor was very impressed with my little Chili and he had great fun playing in the creek and doing the marathon obstacles. Me too. It was also fun listening to all the folks who hadn't seen me in a while talk about how skinny I am. Not skinny yet but on my way.
Today I need to get caught up on all the stuff I left behind last week when I left, but it us suppose to be 72 so I will have to fit in a ride or drive with the big pony, Poppy. Sure do hope spring sticks around but I find it hard to believe we aren't going to get another blast of winter.

DH and I have been considering a cruise for years, but tend to opt of the all-inclusive hotels instead. Would you mind sharing your top 3/bottom 3 on cruising?
I loved the pic yesterday! You guys looked like you were having fun!
Kay
My DH and I cruise nearly every year, and have been to Alaska, the Caribbean, Europe, and even a Transatlantic.
My top & bottom are:
Top
1. Tons to do: exercise, sunning, swimming, gambling, lecture-attending, shore excursions, spa visiting, afternoon naps with the hubby, ...but no cooking or cleaning
2. Wonderful dining experiences: excellent food, lots of healthy choices, good service
3. Exploring a new exciting port nearly every day.
Bottom
1. Even though the value for the $$ is high, it's still spending $$$
2. The 26 foot waves in the transatlantic storm we encountered were not my cup of tea.
3. Having to come home and return to work
Top:
1) Get a reserved table and early time for evening dining.
2) Go on the shore excursions if you want but come back quickly and enjoy having the ship to yourself.
3) Order room service for protein coffees every morning. A tip is a small price to pay for having your protein covered every day.
4) Upgraded to get the balcony suite with a fridge and VIP treatment.
Bottom:
1) We had a couple with a crying toddler at the next table. Someone finally had to complain to get them out of the dining room or somewhere else.
2) Very crowded.
3) still thinking....

Glad you are back, we missed your good morning post each morning. Place wasn't the same without you. Glad we had a few LW's on the cruise even if you are the only one who posts here.
It's raining/thundering here so our day has been modified. We were gonna grill a steak out on the grill but it's going to have to be done on the indoor grill. Oh well. At least we can grill.
