Fridays "Just for fun" post
1- My favorite season is the fall. I love the coolness after a hot summer and the smell of fall is so wonderful! I especially love cool fall breezes and sitting on my back porch enjoying the feel of them.
2- My struggle was also a lot of fun! My two sisters, my 16 year old son and my 16 year old neice spent a few days in North Carolina at my sister's cabin. We were lazy and I probably ate more that I should have, even though I made sure I stayed with "the program".
3- My daughter is having her first baby shower Saturday and I can't wait! Her baby is due in April and I am looking soooo forward to being a "Nonna"! I have three step grandchildren who I love dearly, and it is just so special when your daughter has her first child!
2 - victories / struggles --- victory with the insurance company this week receiving my APPROVAL! surprised I didn't have to appeal.
3 - weekend plans --- birthday parties tomorrow for my daughter -- one with kids -- lots of them at a bounce house place and one with family at our house. should be fun and tiring! house is a mess -- as long as the bathrooms are clean and the kitchen is clean that's all it takes to make it a party!
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

My favorite season is Summer since I live in Nor Cal. We really only have
2 seasons winter and summer so I can't choose from all four even if I could
it would be summer.
Victory~ I actually did good with my exercise and kept my carbs low.
Struggle~ was the dang scale still not moving no idea why.
Weekend plans~ DD turns 16 on Monday so we will have our family
celebration this weekend also taking DD truck shopping she doesn't have
much to spend so it will be a challange, but exciting for her. Wish us luck ~
2.) Victories/Struggles this week? Victory - Happlily maintaining. Struggle - Had some birthday cake earlier in the week & boy did I have "bathroom" issues! (Sorry if that is TMI!) At least that is the only thing I can attritbute to the issues. Thank goodness that is over!
3.) Plans for the weekend? Heading to the airport in 1 hour to fly to Nashville. Going to see Darius Rucker and Brad Paisley in concert tomorrow night. I went to college in Nashville ages ago & can't wait to see my old stomping grounds. Yahoo!
Revision from Sleeve to DS (with re-Sleeve) on 10/10/17. Slow and steady ...
Fall, by far and large. I love every single moment of fall and I think it should last all year long. The changing of the leaves, the smells in the air, the sound of leaves crunching under foot. All of it feels so good and almost magical.
2.) Victories/Struggles this week?
Trying to stay on the doc supervised diet. Every time I tell myself I have to cut back on food, I get obsessed with food and want to eat everything. It drives me crazy. A victory is that I've gotten exercise in every single day this week. Woo!
3.) Plans for the weekend?
I'm trying to get rid of this old van parked in my yard, so I can get a car for me. We are going to wa**** top to bottom (it's been sitting a long while and is turning green in places) and take it to various small dealers to see if we can do a trade.
Fun post!
2) Victories/Struggles... I've got more personal struggles....marriage wise right now. Not doing so well. The changes WLS has made for me are great, but difficult on some fronts!
3) Plans...Getting my haircut & colored tomorrow morning!!! Can't wait, its been since Oct that its been cut (been coloring it from a box a couple of times since then). Then on Sunday, going to a Longenberger Basket Bingo!!!!!

I enjoy Spring, Summer, and Fall. I loathe winter!!! It used to be summer when my year was dictated by school. Now I would have to see spring. I love that first warm day of the year when the sun is shining and you can go out with bare arms.
2.) Victories/Struggles this week?
The scale is really moving this week! I feel like I am back just right after post-op losing a lb a day. Its great and I am not sure when it will stop. My clothes are getting big as well. Thankfully someone brought me some at work because I am about to be naked!
I am struggling with getting back on track after vacation. I have to get back to focusing on protein and vitamins. And get my shrinking butt to the gym.
3.) Plans for the weekend?
Today was a great day. I spent the day with my friend who moved away last November. I work Sat and Sunday 3p-7p. On Sunday night my mom is making me dinner and my favorite German Chocolate cake to for a belated birthday celebration since I was out of town on the actual day. I live for this cake every year. I can't wait!!!
1.) What's your favorite Season? I love spring and fall both. When it is about 70 degrees here it is great.
2.) Victories/Struggles this week? The scales went up a little bit and I didn't exercise like I should have.
3.) Plans for the weekend? We had DGD#2's birthday party today. It was so much fun.

2) Victories/Struggles: I got my sister to "talk" to me today, I sent her a birthday card and she actually IM'ed me to thank me for it. She has been on her high horse for some unknown reason and last time she spoke to me was close to a year ago. Figured I'd extend a hand and see what happened. It's a beginning again. As to my struggles, I have troubles getting all my vitamins in every day. Seems like all I do is take vitamins from one meal to another. Another, I need to start my exercising again.
3) Plans for the weekend, dh has a birthday tomorrow and we don't know what we will do tomorrow...need to find a DS friendly dessert of some kind. I have the steak (yes, ONE) thawing now.
