Good Morning Cindy,
1. Spring is my favorite season. I love the weather, flowers and everything turning green. We have been having beautiful Spring like weather in our area for the past 2 weeks. I have a plum and pear tree in bloom. It is just a feel good season!
2. I also struggle with exercise. I can come up with excuses too, but it still boils down to I didn't do it.
3. I am having my GD#3 for the weekend for her birthday. We will shop, take her out for dinner and enjoy her company. I'd like to take her to a movie if there is something on that is clean enough to take her to that she hasn't already seen.

1.) What's your favorite Season? I love Spring and Fall...it's a tie. I deal with SAD so winter just sucks for me :( When the weather warms up I feel like a new person! Fortunately winters are very short here in SC and we have warm weather most of the year...I am in shorts today!
2.) Victories/Struggles this week? The scale is moving and I am in the next smaller size!
Struggles....sticking to my exercise routine, as always. Doing good but it could be MUCH better
3.) Plans for the weekend?
Picnic with our good friends and their kids.
Taking dd to the zoo
Have a great weekend everyone!!

1.) What's your favorite Season?
Super - early Spring - starting now when I can just FEEL the plants and the soil thrumming awake.. the sap rising , the earthworms ( my buddies ) awakening from their semi-sleep over the frozen earthed winter and looking for food ( I feed them macaroni I buy for 42 cents a box for the fat free cheap cheese sauce mix) as well as kitchen scraps and turned under produce from last fall's garden and I swear they're grateful !
I love watching the brave little plants poke their heads above the still cold ground ... the primroses , daffodils , the crocuses , the anemones , the tulips, lilies and hyacinths ... and of course the flowering TREES .. ( the gorgeous cherries ). My very favorite this time of year is the Redbud though , because it flowers SO early , even before the forsythia . ( but nothings remotely close to blooming yet ..though the swelling buds are lovely )
I also love the orchid , cyclamen and amaryllis show in my windows with the snow in the background !
I'm always amazed how pretty much everything has survived and even thrived under conditions that would surely have killed ME stone dead lol......
2.) Victories/Struggles this week? Exercise !! GRRRR I did run ONCE ..and will walk 6 hours a day for three days at the show . HOPEFULLY that will get me restarted again ...
3.) Plans for the weekend? Out to hubbys place with FIL ..... then show starting Sunday ...
1.) What's your favorite Season? Late Spring/Early Summer Our warm season is SO short here... really any warm weather.
2.) Victories/Struggles this week? Scale is higher than I like... but I haven't done much about it. Got my Federal Tax return today - WOOHOO!!
3.) Plans for the weekend? Finishing my moving and getting the condo cleaned. Getting the stuff put away at Tom's or to the storage unit....

1. Fall has always been my favorite... when the shadows change and get "long", it's a sort of melacholy self-reflection time for me that I really enjoy.
2. Victorious in that nothing has made me sick so far, and I've been experimenting a lot. Struggling with walking because my hip is causing me so much grief. Arm circles, shoulder rolls, wall - pushups are all better than nothing but I really would prefer to walk!
3. A girlfriend from highschool, that I've not seen in 40 years, is here from Texas applying for a job at the Grand Canyon. She's going to come spend the day with me on her way back to Phoenix to catch her flight out. Twas an excellent reason to clear clutter and I love my little house!! (Put that under the Victory heading! haha)
Have a great weekend y'all!

Fall-definitely fall. I love the colors of the leaves and the smell in the air. Unfortunately in South Florida we don't really get fall at all. Hopefully i will visit my sister in Ohio this fall and will kick around some leaves.
Victories/Struggles-like so many of us exercise is the one area I really need to push more. At least i finally got back to the gym and took a Drums Alive class. I finally found a protein that i like in my coffee. I add some of the liquid Premier protein from Costco. Since there are 30g of protein in a container, each glass of coffee gives me 10 grams plus whatever milk I put in. Yesterday I even took a decaf iced protein coffee in the car on my way to tutoring. Yeah for me.
I'm going to a 60th birthday party for some friends. At 55 it is a little weird to be the 'baby" of the bunch but I'm hardly complaining!

1. Season: Early Spring, for all the same reasons Ava mentions. It's also before my allergies kick in.
2. Struggled to get in protein and enough water. Victorious in reducing the pain from 2 ruptured disks that were aggravated by the surgery and too much time in the computer chair.
3. Weekend plans: mark THIS on the calendar: For the first time I can remember, I have NOT planned ANYTHING for the weekend. My husband is incredulous.

I'm so glad it's Friday, its been a weird week...
1. My favorite season is fall. Things start slowing down, the colors are beautiful, the weather is wonderful. It gets very hot in Lewiston and the cooler days means more time outside.
2. My struggles this week was with the scale, and my clueless sisters, my victories - I cleaned out my pantry and now it's organized. Costco had real good deal on stainless steel shelves, so bought some, they're working great.
3. Plans for the weekend. Eddie Bauer is having a big sale and we're going. NRA dinner Saturday night that we're going to. Never go out so it will be fun. They should have something I can eat.
