I'm a meanie. I have to admit that I've never purchased a girl scout's cookie and probably have only eaten 5 of them in my lifetime. The girls outside the grocery store are always disappointed in me.
I've lowered my calories in an attempt to get my weight down. Unfortunately that means that my protein also comes down. I do feel great but I'll focus on a little more protein this week.
I'm sitting here watching the Academy Awards. Today I had an italian cooking lesson. On the stove right now is a big big pot of low carb italian meatballs in a homemade red sauce. Guess what I'll be eating for the next month. :)
