Tom got the grilled chicken.  I got the traditional chicken sandwich and ate half.  I've been eating way too fast lately and can tell when I do.

I haven't been doing too bad otherwise... just during this hectic time.  Its settling down and I'll do better from now on.

CVS Chewable Spectravite Multivitamin, 2 serving
Vitamin - CVS Brand - Hair, Skin & Nails with Antioxidants 3,000mcg of Biotin (3 pills), 3 serving CVS Calcium Citrate +D, 2 serving
Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large  
 
 Lunch:     

Green Giant Broccoli in Cheese Flavored Sauce, frozen, 
 
 Dinner:     
 
haddock, raw,
Jello Sugar Free Jello Snacks,

You ate your haddock raw?    Trying to see where you got the 85 grams of Protein.  Is that 32 grams of Protein in your Instant coffee?

Also, the number of Protein is probably off because I also had a protein shake. 1/2 the norm so it's about an extra 20 grams of Protein and 100 added carbs..I'll add it to my sparkpeople.page..

 Hi Roz,

I'm a meanie.  I have to admit that I've never purchased a girl scout's cookie and probably have only eaten 5 of them in my lifetime.  The girls outside the grocery store are always disappointed in me.

I've lowered my calories in an attempt to get my weight down.  Unfortunately that means that my protein also comes down.  I do feel great but I'll focus on a little more protein this week.


 I'm sitting here watching the Academy Awards.  Today I had an italian cooking lesson.  On the stove right now is a big big pot of low carb italian meatballs in a homemade red sauce.  Guess what I'll be eating for the next  month.  :)

morning
1 flax meal microwave muffin, 2 T cream cheese, 2 slices low sodium bacon

afternoon
2 meatballs before they went into the sauce pan 

evening
3 meatballs with some sauce and parmesean cheese

calories - 667
protein -67
carbs - 16

walked 3+ miles today
