Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals. It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

In a better mood today. I was really feeling blue yesterday. There's nothing like a decent night's sleep! The scale finally went down so this week might chalk up a loss after all. I am stuck home, waiting for the cable guy. I am hoping that it won't be an all day affair. Luckily, I have the elliptical for exercise and lots of papers to go through to keep me busy.
B- protein drink w strawberries (40 g)
S- greek yogurt (18 g)
L- ground turkey-veggie sauce (10 g)
S- string cheese (6 g)
D- Thai basil chicken w spinach (12 g)
S- fudgsicle (3 g)
The cookies won the battle.... but I spread a few of them out during the day and hopefully they won't show up on the scale. I put the rest of the box in the freezer so today wouldn't be a repeat.

tireder than a dawg for NO good reason - was up all nite watching TV .
2 chai protein teas - a fig , a lousy piece of yesterdays fat free pumpkin bread
exercise - weeding and pruning
trying to put up little hoop house exterior
digging front yard
maybe running ...hmmmm unlikely
popcorn ..watched Gattica with gorgeous young Uma Thurman as a six foot size zero ..and determined I NEED to look that way again ....
SO ;; no more CAKE ....( or cake masquerading as sweet fatfree bread lol)
had one last bad breakfast ( dark chocolate covered English toffee ) ( alright alright it was my first serious sin in like MONTHS ) ( and at least it was BREAKFAST when U BURN it hopefully )
and thats IT
lunch : popcorn with too much salt ( gosh Im s SICK of too much food )
dinner healthy salad of fresh organic arugula , organic tangelo and organic bulbed julienned fennel - yum !
tilapia in white wine , promise fat free margarine , lemon and butter buds
maybe a bit of vanilla yogurt
doing pushups stretches and finally drinking WATER !!!
I'm not sure what a hoop house exterior is but I hope it worked out for you. I can't wait for the weather to get warm so I can do some weeding and pruning. I was looking at my rose bushes and they look like the have survived the winter but I won't know for sure for awhile.

I lost the fight with the girl scout cookies last week and ate way too many. I just can't have that stuff around. We had DGD#2's second birthday today.

I watched baby Lexus today. My DD needed to get some things done, but I had to beg her to let me watch her. She tries to be a super mom. She thinks because she runs a day care all week that she should be able to handle her own on the weekends.
My tummy is still very sensitive. I was at Sam's Club on Friday and they were giving out samples of fruit and I thought I was going to have another attack after just eating a couple little bites. I took some Malanta and another Prilosec and it eased up. I'm going for a sonar on the 9th. I had to quit using the crystal lite in my Protein drink because it was irratating it too.

I wish we had a little baby to hold again. Neither of ours have time for you to sit and hold them for very long now. I would think after running a day care all week, she would really need a break on the weekends.
Do they think it is your gallbladder or an ulcer? Can't they do the sonar before the 9th? That seems like a long time to wait. Grease was usually what made me have a gallbladder attack. I was pretty much eating pain pills right before I finally had it taken out. Tomatoes seem to be the thing that irritate my pouch and only if I eat too much for too long.
My eating and vits have been lacking. No excuses - I must get back on track.

D - 4 chicken wings and a beer
S - another beer - kicking back, catching up on OH and relaxing...

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Burger King is the only hamburger I can get down. They must cook them different. My boss says they have a great new grilled chicken but I haven't tried it.
