Do you have a hard time eating in the evenings

My pouch becomes VERY tempramental in the evenings........been going on for awhile now.....usually after about 5:30...if I eat any later than that...my pouch does not tolerate it....I can drink liquids just fine right up until I go to bed....but trying to eat any kind of solids....after a bite I get the foamies....and the dry heaves.

Same thing with I first wake up....I've started to start my day off with my protein shake and then eat my first solids a couple hours later...and I'm good.

Lunch...no problem.....

Just seems to be right around 5:30ish......any later than that....food is a no go!

No - I'm exactly the opposite in the evenings.  I graze, which I need to stop doing.  Sometimes I wish I developed a time-sensitive pouch... but mine is a trooper and likes everything anytime!

Mornings I'm the same - my protein coffee carries me through to lunch unsually.  If I try and eat a breakfast I eat very little...

My pouch is temperamental in the morning.  Like Jody, I have a tendency to graze in the evening.  If I had to pick one change to make in my life, it is this night graze behavior.

I used to lose my dinner fairly regularly. I have to really watch my speed in the evenings. The pouch can be a mysterious thing.

I'm thinking it might not be so bad to have a tempermental pouch.  Mine seems to tolerate everything except eggs.  I can eat all day long.  And I am HUNGRY if I don't eat every three hours.

Me too, Sue.  I haven't found anything mine doesn't like as long as I chew and eat slowly enough.  And I want something every 3 hrs.

I'm right there with you on being hungry and needing t eat every 3 hours. When I'm good I will have a cottage cheese with cinammon and sugar substitute--it's reasonably filling and has only 90 calories and 11 grams of protein.  BUT-those evening munchies are getting to me lately.  Hubby and I have said we need to stop sitting in the family room since it is right off the kitchen and contributes to noshing.  We've said it, but we haven't acted on it yet!
