It's hard to believe the month is almost over.  I have a few more things to catch up on work and then I'll have time to catch up on my LW's....See you in a bit!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.
  It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

 protein  chai tea 

chicken breast and baby shrimp  marsala ( fat free ) with spinach  homemade  noodles  ,  king mushrooms , red peppers  and  peas 

slice fat free  pumpkin bread 

I was  SO naughty  - the exterior of practically a whole  stone -baked fresh ciabatta .  with organic  apple butter (  no sugar  ) and cherry  butter  ( no sugar again ) 

protein coffee 

I REALLY TRIED to find some kind of soy strip in my travels  ...    I'm having one of those days when i cant stomach the idea of either meat , fish  , dried meat   or even dairy ....  protein drinks fordinner i guess  and salad  ( I DID buy fresh Arugula  at the food coop , organicoranges and fennel bulbs  yum ! ) 

dinner will be  jerusalem artichoke salad  Julienne  with orange slices  , fennel  slivers  ,  leeks  and green onion s over an arugula bed .....

I was out and about mostly yesterday.. so I didn'****ch my calories too much..
I need to go back to basics because I do not want to stall again!  

Breakfast:     

Vitamin - CVS Brand - Hair, Skin & Nails with Antioxidants 3,000mcg of Biotin (3 pills), 3 serving Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 0.5 tbsp
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 ounces
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 3 inner leaf
CVS Chewable Spectravite Multivitamin, 2 serving
CVS Calcium Citrate +D, 2 serving
Instant Coffee, 16 fl 
 Lunch:     
 
Friendly's Apple Harvest Salad, 1 serving  
 
  CALORIES   512  CARBS   25   FAT   23  PROTEIN 45 


I ate some boiled kibbe in the evening and some baked chiken.. not a huge amount..just that I did not weigh..so I'm not sure exactly the amount of calories  or exact Protein..but I'm pretty certain that the calories will end up at 600-700 and the Protein closer to 60.

Water:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  None

Off to a bad start today.
B- had coffee, forgot was out of protein.
b- was supposed to eat that egg
L- Still working on a Nectar from last night so about 12
l- hopefully I can squeeze in that Greek Yogurt 14g
D- Taco meat
d- gonna try another nectar and see if I can get it all in...
