calcium/magnesium/vit D

I saw a urologist today who told me to quit my Calcium with D for one month then to take calcium with Magnesium and Vit D after the month off.  The reason for taking me off is trying to get my colon and bladder to working properly after a hysterectomy. 

My question is what brand do you recomend for the three items?

He also has me taking Natural Calm, 4-5 glasses of warm water a day, giving up Crystal Light, avoiding ice and drinking warm soups, etc.

It is a great deal.  I get 2 bottles with 240 capsules each for $12.99 plus shipping.

It has 500 mg of calcium, 250 mg of Magnesium and 200 IU of Vitamin D.  They are kind of big capsules, though but they don't bother me to take them.

I wanted them because they have 500 mg of calcium citrate and I hate having to take a buch of pills at one time.  This way I just take the one capsule for each dose.

Any brand of calcium CITRATE is fine.  Just don't take calcium carbonate.  I use Upcal D and Calcet creamy bites for my calcium.  I also take tender D3 from vitalady because I don't know of any brand of calcium that contains enough D3 for WLS patients, at least not for most of us.
