That last 0.5 lbs?
....It was gone this morning! I am officially 1/3 of my way to goal at 186.5lbs! So happy. :)
Additionally, for those *****member my "THIS SUCKS!!!" post-op update a month or a month and a half ago, I saw the gastroenterologist, and she put me on protonix once a day. Well, that wasn't really cutting it, so she told me yesterday to try twice a day, so I took my first double dose last night. I'm cautiously saying that I already feel better! It's just been one extra dose, so we will see how things progress with time, but I am optimistic that this is the key to helping me love my sleeve, which I still don't 100%, but I'm getting there!!
One more NSV: I used to buy pants I liked in 2 sizes, 1 I could wear now, and 1 size too small for "when I lost weight," which usually never happened. Well, I had a couple of size 14 pants in the closet, still with tags on them, and I tried on one pair last night for ****s and giggles, and... they fit!! They are too long and need a hem job, but.. they fit!! This will be my first clothing size change, and I'm so excited about that!
Thanks, LWs for sharing my NSVs, SVs, and ups and downs along this ride. :) I appreciate you all more than you know!
