Yes, it took me a while before I could drink coffee. I usally poor a cup of coffee w/ cream while I am getting ready for work, then by the time I am ready to leave it is luke warm... I then mix whatever is left in my mug into a travel mug with a scoop of chocolate protein. Mix that until it is smooth, then pour hot coffee over it and mix again. It's pretty good! I sip that in the car to work. I also enjoy "Click" protein but it's expensive - it's a moca flavored protein drink.

I use the Syntrax Nectar Latte Cappuccino. While brewing my coffee, I mix my half & half with just a little water to make it a watery mixture and a scoop of the protein powder. After my coffee is ready I pour the mixture into my hot coffee and mix it good. I like my coffee hot so I mix the protein with something cold to pour into the coffee so it will not make lumps and taste really bad.
If you pour the protein powder directly into anything really hot, it will clump and make a mess.
