Over the hump day.....it's my first day back to work and my desk is covered!!!

It is so good to be home...I think it's going to take me awhile to get over this past weekend.  I still have a very tender tummy today.  I'm going to try and get my Protein in today but I'm not quite sure about food.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.
  It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

2 protein chai teas

dreamfiields rotini alfredo ( fat free ) with a bit of melted almond milk pepper jack and 1/2 red pepper

out to the sun to wrestle with my huge pink rosebush...

protein coffee with bit of homemade hotchocolate and 4 fat free graham flour ( whole wheat ) organic fatfree homemade chocolate chip cookies

root vegetable bake ( shake n baked sweet potato , parsnip , turnip and squash pieces ) as snack

bit of pineapple cottage cheese

ended up having pickle soup and some lowfat ritz crackers and a tiny bit of PB -tired !!

one half glassred wine

Gonna be another stressful day filled with late class work and getting DD ready for her jr prom (ring dance)
But so far so good.....

B- Protein Coffee 24g
Hard boiled egg 6 g
L- not sure but something with cheese or maybe a greek yogurt 14 g
D- probably chili 17g
S- cheese slices aprox 6 g

I need to figure a way to get these proteins higher but with grumply in my belly, I am doing what I can. I need to find some protein drinks that I can handle, I am still working on it and hopefully will come up with something really soon.

All Vitamins taken and working on my fluids...

Does V8 count as a fluid?

It does and you can mix an unflavored protein in.  I haven't tried it but bought some with that in mind.  Does warm liquid protein work with your tummy?  I have a protein hot chocolate when I need to add another and love it.

Morning all!  Excited to look at some more houses this week, we went back and got preapproved for a little bit more (which was still doable for us thank goodness) but opens up to the next bracket of houses which is nice.  We were finding only small houses, or ones that needed a lot of work... I need a place that only needs eventual updates and a coat of paint!

*Sigh* I have learned that I can no longer eat cheese.  My pouch likes it (as does my tastebuds) but my bowels do not!!

Still moving - stopping by the condo on the way through and getting 1/2 my clothes.  I still haven't started packing up my kitchen.  What a mess!

L- leftover hamburg casserole
S - OMG -I ate a piece of   CAKE!!! I haven't eaten an ENTIRE piece of cake since my surgery!  Just a bite here and there... I'm paying attention to how I'm feeling... I think I'm mini-dumping, but its not going to be debillitating...
D - nothing.

Roz~  take it slow this week you had a crazy weekend.

B- string cheese
    Greek yogurt w/ 1/8C berries and 2 Tbsp of Kashi sticks and twigs
    1 oz macadamia nuts
-   protein coffee
L- Wendy's chili w/ shredded cheese on top
- protein shake or protein hot cocoa - if I have time/get hungry
D- insides of chicken enchilada (I make mine with out the tortilla and cook it with the rest.)

Protein 146 grams /Calories 1319 / Carbs 81~carbs look so high but its the beans/ no white or junk carbs.

Miles: did good so far today walked 5.50 miles......more to go

vit's: on track got the early AM's done

Height 5' 7"   ~  HW 264  ~ SW 234 ~ GW 160 or less made goal with in 1 year ~ regain now back on track

I keep reading that everyone is drinking protein coffee..is that just adding protein to your coffee..and what kind of protein do you all like.I have never been able to keep it down..makes me sick to my stomach..thanks
