Milestone for me!

So today, I weighed in at 187 lbs, which is a 25.5 lb loss since surgery! One of my goals was to lose 25 lbs, and my next goal is 26 lbs, which is 1/3 of the total weight I want to lose. So close I can taste it! :D Off to the rec to make that 0.**** the road!

Congratulations on reaching a goal. Keeping a goal is going to help you so much to be a WLS success. Thanks for sharing its so fun to see others reaching goals it helps me remember I can too. Keep up the amazing work and you will see 26 and then 27......
