OH MY GOSH!!!  got on the scale this morning and it finally happened!  my weight is now 150.4!!!  i started this journey at 250.4!!!  one hundred pounds!!!  i'm so stinking happy that i'm having to sit on both hands to keep from waving at everybody!!!!

oh my gosh!!   i soooo took a picture of the number on the scale!  i had also taken one when the scale went below 160! 

i'm really happy at this weight....but stressing over maintenance!  i've never, never, never been able to maintain my weight.  i spent the last 30 years yoyo dieting and wound up bigger than i'd ever been!  so....the maintenance kind of wierds me out!  don't know just yet how to handle that!
