Not eating much today.  My tummy isn't feeling so good today. I can't even bring myself to drink a protein drink. I might make some hot chocolate later with some Protein in it.

Off for a long nap and hoping I feel better later.

Its getting confusing having most of my stuff at Toms with some stuff still at my condo.  Especially food...

B - 2 protein coffees
S - some protein pretzels that tasted nasty (found them in cupboard, now I know why)
L - chicken and veggies.  BUT - my problem is - there was a LOT of it and I ATE IT ALL.  I really hate bottomless pit days like this.  Seems I've had a good amt of restriction for the past few weeks - ugh!
S - 1/2 can of pringles - man am I paying for it!  Both physically and emotionally - just beating myself up!
D - brat and bbq sauce

Water:  forgot my crystal lite bottle...

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

BMI - 24 or so

Hi Roz and LW's
Cant figure out what I want today and that is not good because with out a plan I munch munch munch all day. Going grocery shopping so I will make protein top priority on the list.

-Grande Non fat latte from SB
-Protein hot choc. 25G Protein
B- scrambled egg with some cheese since idk what  i really want.
L- 1/2 grilled chicken wrap (multi grain) lettuce, tom and cheese
S- protein shake 25G
D- fish (red snapper), green beans

Totals after I figure out lunch and total it up on daily plate.
Miles 5 + a bit  miles today
Water: working on it high sodium weekend, and skipped to much water bad combo
Vite's: all but bed time is done


Height 5' 7"   ~  HW 264  ~ SW 234 ~ GW 160 or less made goal with in 1 year ~ regain now back on track

D: Talapia with stewed squash and green beans

Hope you feel better really soon, must have felt horrible to get sick at the airport.

B- Protein coffee followed by 1 egg 30 min later 26+
no snack
L- Chobani yogurt 14g
Couple slices of Cheese
D- Left over Chicken noodle soup ( as tolerated Chicken doesnt agree too well) If cant tolerate will have Cottage Cheese.

Attempting to get my calories up......*sigh*

B: Body Fortress Protein shake (2 scoops), Diet H.C -56g Protein
S: Weight Control Oatmeal - 7g Protein (also used to keep my plumbing moving)
L: Lunchables (the small ones...no drink or dessert)  18g Protein
S: Sugar free popsicle <----addicted to these!!

My pouch seems to get very tempramental the later into the day it gets....usually around 5 or 6....I can only take 1 or 2 bites of anything before my pouch cuts me off!!

L - turkey breast & lettuce w/1 wedge of laughing cow lite cheese (18g & 135 cal)
S - Protein bar (20g & 180 cal) & Ostrim stick (14g & 80 cal)
S - grande skinny cinnamon dolce latte 1/2 serving only (6g & 65 cal)
D - black bean and chicken w/salsa (20g & 220 cal)

vits: only batch left is evening
h2o: 64 oz done...
miles: none...stupid online final I had to take tonight took the whole 3 hrs allotted time and I had internet problems and only got 70% on damned thing....aaarrrggh....oh well.
