Not eating much today. My tummy isn't feeling so good today. I can't even bring myself to drink a protein drink. I might make some hot chocolate later with some Protein in it.

Its getting confusing having most of my stuff at Toms with some stuff still at my condo. Especially food...
B - 2 protein coffees
S - some protein pretzels that tasted nasty (found them in cupboard, now I know why)
L - chicken and veggies. BUT - my problem is - there was a LOT of it and I ATE IT ALL. I really hate bottomless pit days like this. Seems I've had a good amt of restriction for the past few weeks - ugh!
S - 1/2 can of pringles - man am I paying for it! Both physically and emotionally - just beating myself up!

Cant figure out what I want today and that is not good because with out a plan I munch munch munch all day. Going grocery shopping so I will make protein top priority on the list.

Water: working on it high sodium weekend, and skipped to much water bad combo

My pouch seems to get very tempramental the later into the day it gets....usually around 5 or 6....I can only take 1 or 2 bites of anything before my pouch cuts me off!!

miles: none...stupid online final I had to take tonight took the whole 3 hrs allotted time and I had internet problems and only got 70% on damned thing....aaarrrggh....oh well.
