You know..I don't think I'm losing too rapidly...as compared to my niece..but it is faster than I have ever lost before...

I'm down 35 pounds in 3 months.. but it's all good..and that itself is a story for another thread! lol

Mine started around month 3 and lasted about 4 months.  I understand it to happen because of the anesthesia & trauma (surgery) that our bodies go through.  For those hours that we are going through surgery, everything is halted!  So its just a matter of the weak points in our hair (the weak point forming in the moments we are in surgery) growing out.  Each strand grows at different rates, so its just a matter of all those weakness's coming out!  No matter what we do, its going to happen.  I did cut my hair a bit shorter, didn't seem to be as noticeable.  But I had thick curly hair to begin with!  I lost my curl around month 3 as well.  A little over a year post op, my curls started coming back!  But both conditions I was expecting!  Lost hair and curls when I had my son, Stat C-Section!  Give it time, it will all work out for you!  And remember....its just hair and it will grow back!!  Good luck!

There are never any problems, only solutions.  quoted by a dear and special friend!!!

My stats:
Starting weight 234 lbs    Height 5 ft 6 in
Goal in 7 months (127 lbs)
Currently: 120-123 lbs
Tops Small   Bottoms size 2!!!!
