Best convenient and painless arm exercises .I know .. ( what U want to do is lift and tighten the arm OPENING like a sweater lol .... so really we're talking about working the outer shoulder muscles , triceps and the back muscles ... )
1) Swimming
2 ) pushups ( yeah they suck ... but theres NOTHING wrong with the " girlie " version ... it stretches Ur shoulders , gives U great posture and U can do them watching TV during commercial breaks !
3 ) these two are great using any ( sturdy ) doorway in Ur home ... pullups using Ur fingertips on the molding
4) and putting Ur elbows and forearms perpendicular to the floor ( along the doorjamb) U can Use Ur weight and mimic the action of a popular pec -deck nautilus machine most people go to the gym to use ... gives U a nice stretch and works Ur pecs so lifts boobies at the same time as working Ur shoulders and arms and improving posture
5) the old faithful hang Ur butt off the couch ( or Ur computer chair ) tricep dip . works even using the ARMS of a sturdy chair if Ur lazy ;) - now if U roll Ur shoulders around and tuck them UNDER while Ur doing this Ure also dramatically improving Ur posture and line ....just pretend Ur cracking nuts with the muscles along Ur spine ;)

I want to run run run Away Lol !! or maybe drive to Florida and swim a mile every day for two weeks...
I don't know if I can really afford to do hat work wise ( stil on deadlines with my construction project )

will settle for running / walking /moving and stretching . Oh and im FINALLY getting the pilates machine out of its box ;)
