5 Months Post-Op (Pics)
Today is my 5 month anniversary. I track my weight loss monthly. I'm not sure what happened last month, but I didn't take pictures.
Eating has gotten much easier. I'm finally able to eat poultry again. It made me sick early-on and I have been afraid of it. I got a little ****y this month and let some bad habits slip back in. I'm correcting them, but you always have to be diligent on this journey. This was a good month. I lost 11 pounds and finally hit Onederland.
Here are my 5 month pictures. They help me see where I am on my journey. When I was pre-op, looking at the pictures of other people gave me an idea of what I could look forward to. They aren't the best photos. I take them by myself with a tripod and my camera with a timer, but you get the idea. DH has many fine qualities. Unfortunately, picture taking is not one of them.
