STILL  IN ATLANTA....PAYING $15.00 FOR THIS STUPID INTERNET SO WE COULD GET DISCOUNT TICKETS TO THE AQUARIUM SO I FIGURED I WOULD USE THE BALANCE OF MY 1/2 HOUR TO CHECK UP ON ALL OF YOU.  THANKS FOR KEEPING UP WITH M&M FOR ME!!

SINCE THERE IS A WENDY'S HERE MY MENU IS JUST ABOUT THE SAME AS AT HOME.  DINNER WILL BE AT THE AIRPORT SO NOT SURE WHAT I'LL BE HAVING BUT I'M HOPING I CAN FIND A SUBWAY.

OUR TEAMS WERE DECENT...OUR GOAL WAS TOP 5 AND WE HIT THAT SO I  ALL OF OUR TEAMS FEEL SUCCESSFUL.

Hi Roz,

Congrats on placing in the top 5! I hope you enjoyed thet trip, even if its too long. I woke with a grouchy pouch today so i'm not sure what I'll eat. I plan to be in the gym this evening.

Updated: pouch is back to normal...thank goodness.

Congratulations on the top 5.  The weather was beautiful here this weekend.  Hope it was that nice in Atlanta.  Have a safe trip home tonight.

Glad to hear that your teams did well, Roz. I am about to take a walk in a nautre preserve in FL. I am so tired today - typical for me on the first day of vacation. All I want to do is sleep, sleep, sleep.

Roz~  Congrats on the top 5 for all teams that is great~ Good luck on finding a Subway.

I ate like a total fool this weekend ~ to many carbs~ at a baby shower I ate choc chip cookies yes I had to add and S to the word cookie UGGGG old habits now I am paying for it feeling bloated and yuck-o. Back on track today:

- protein coffee 17g
B:1 scrambled eggs
    1/8cup eggs
    1/8 cup cheese
L- out with DH since he is off today so I am not sure
-   protein hot choc 27g
D- DH smoked/bbq meat on Sunday so we will have pulled pork and smoked chicken
         sweet peas
         oopsie bread (thanks again for the recipe Lee I love it)

WATER: lots and lots of water....gotta flush out the sodium and carbs
Vits: started and working on them
Miles: at least 2 today weather permitting more

I really don't want another weekend like I had last weekend bad choices hurt!

Sorry you ended up having to stay over but today is beautiful here and hopefully it is in Atlanta also.  The south seems alive with Subways so I hope you see one.

I played hookie and took a pony to the Biltmore Estate for a drive.  Headed to Zumba soon.

water: < 12 oz, gotta get crackin.  It's still hard to get much in.  I feel so full all the time.

Bfast - protein shake...2 cups protein milk, 1 stick orange crystal lite, 1.2 scoops about time birthday   
            cake flavor and some sugar free orange syrup. Tastes like an orange cream cicle! 
L -  still drinking the shake, takes me about 3  hours to finish!
S - one bottle water
s - nothing  still full from the shake!
D - 2 baby back pork ribs..yummy!
S - some pork rinds (need the crunch factor)
S - one Dannon vanilla yogart drink

protein - 60 ish.   still working on eating more protein as opposed to drinking it.  Just having a hard time because nothing tastes good anymore  : (
