L:  Hamburger Patty, mayo & ketchup, bite of sausage
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
      Sugar free vanilla cake made w/ nsa pineapple, lite cool whip
D:  Lasagna made with spaghetti squash instead of pasta
S:  ??

Vitamins:  Done except night time vitamin
Water:  84 ozs so far

Hi!  Better late than never...

B - coffee w/creamer
B2 - omelet with ham/cheese/hash browns and some gravy over top - yum
L - SF mocha latte
S 0 some meat and cheese
D - a little bit of meatloaf
S - a glass of wine

Vits:  yes
Water:  a little low - got REAL thirsty when I was eating the meatloaf and did bad... drank a WHOLE glass of diet cranberry ... while eating...

Went out to Olive Garden with hubby and son today:
I had the dressing on the side for the Olive Garden salad with no croutons.
I also had broccoli with no potatoes with the chicken marsala dinner and ate only 1 piece of the chicken.  All in all, it could have been worse..
When I came home, I had the Chobani and the Protein Shake..hours later.. to boost up the protein intake for the day.

I'm LOSING my hair!!!

2 protein coffees ....

chicken breast with peanut sprinkles and shake and bake coated ( NOT a good idea ....too much fat AND sugar ..made me dump OW OW OW ) not to mention was dry and the taste wasnt worth it ....

more fashion week stuff today ... im feeling fat ( gee thats new ) . Did run yesterday ( yay ! ) just a very short run but wi**** wasn't snowing this morning cuz id so do it again .

Im feeling much more teachable where carbs are concerned ...

had a 7 sprout salad ( chickpeass alfalfa radish mung beans etc... with fat free thousand island dressing )

one glass red wine

chickpeas in sauce from a can ( whole can ) ( 6 grams fat - yeah those tasty little suckers arent fat -less unlike most beans )

2/3 of everything bagel with smoked salmon, fat free cream cheese and a buncha scallions

a bit of barley soup with mushrooms
