Drinking question
This has also been the hardest part for me. I could drink 5-6 diet cokes w/ each meal. That being said, I went into this whole process w/ the mindset that I WOULD NOT fail again & I would do everything as I was supposed to. I find that a sugar free mint or a stick of sugar free gum are helpful while waiting. I watch the clock like a hawk. When it gets to half an hour and I yell YES!!! everyone in my house knows it's time for me to have a beverage. Good luck. I feel your pain.
