Today I did tons of MILES not enough food, but I did avoid a trajedy of epic proportions..
Here is my story:
Breakfast:
CVS Chewable Spectravite Multivitamin, 2 serving
CVS Calcium Citrate +D, 2 serving
Instant Coffee, 16 fl oz 32
Vitamin - CVS Brand - Hair, Skin & Nails with Antioxidants 3,000mcg of Biotin (3 pills), 3 serving
Chicken Thigh, 1 thigh, bone and skin removed
Lunch/Dinner:
Kings Grilled Chicken Salad, 0.5 serving
Snack:
chocolate covered pretzel sugar free,
Pumpkin Seeds

We went bowling today and walked all over creation.
My son took me into Sugar Heaven a store at Legacy Place,,I had 3 very very small very very yummy..would do it again in a heartbeat sugar free choclate covered pretzel's eaten over a period of 2 hours..just so that I didn't dump.. and YES I enjoyed every teeny morsel.
Chocolate..I have missed thee...
The only thing I wished that I had had with me was my Protein shake sitting all lonely in my fridge at home..

big huge one -pint container of mixed salads (probably oily ) withe edamame , stuff like that
about 4 ounces of lowfat almond milk and soy based vegan cheese ( pepper jack and " bleu" ) yummo ( 4 grams fat )
ginger - dark chocolate cookies after chitosan ( about 12 grams fat )
one glass red wine
two servings Jerusalem artichoke sliced thin and baked with fat free white sauce
