Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals. 
 

It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Thanks, Price. I'll bet Roz is having a blast...anything to do with cheer comps.

Hi, Gina. I have been winging it so far today so I am curious to see how I've done. Do you need someone to post tomorrow morning? My flight does not leave until 2 pm so I'd be happy to do it. Just let me know. I hope you have a wonderful adventure!

Actually, I got home from DC Thursday night.  I am getting ready tonight for my annual vacation in Delray Beach, FL.  My close friends have a condo there.  I had a plane voucher from a bumped flight so this is very close to a free vacation!   I am so looking forward to swimming outside.  I love to swim but hate the smell of chlorine.  

Enjoy your trip, Gina.  We can trade notes later on our vacations!

Gina have a great time! DGSsX3 just left today after visiting for a couple of days.

I ddidn't do terribly but I really didn't have time for totals,so here it is
