Any other heavier LW's out there?
I thought I wouldn't fit in either. I started out at 268 and at 5'4" my BMI was a little higher than "lightweight" too. guess what? This is THE board to be on and you will love it. I feel like I know these people personally and you will too. There are some very regular posters and some, iike me, that read every day but don't respond every day. Doesn't matter-i still feel VERY WELCOME here.

I've come to the conclusion that there are two ways to measure "lightweight" on this board.
The first is the technical definition - 35-40ish BMI, about 100 pounds to lose.
The second is the attitude. If the LW creed is for you, then you're a lightweight no matter what the scale says.
