Hello to all of my Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.


It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Hi Gina!  Thanks for posting!

B - 2 1/2 scoops choc and vanilla in my coffee
S - 1/2 my lunch
L - other half of my lunch (casserole, hamburg & onions, shredded hash browns (could have left them out) cream of mushroom soup and cheese)
S - 2 small spoons of peanut butter
D - went out and couldn't eat hardly anything...
S - some adult beverages

Vits:  yes
Water:  yep

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Hi Gina
Been another crazy week.  Unlike crazy weeks pre surgery, it is soooo easy to stick to the plan.

Not sure what everyone's weather is today, but woweeee, it was 8 degrees C today.  Too bad we are in for another snowstorm tonight.

B- oatmeal and protein powder (32g)
L- 1/2 protein bar (14 g)
D - Ricotta and chili (24 g)

2 litres of Crystal Lite (love the grapefruit orange)

All vitamins done.
