I love the Jala chocolate ice pops.  It has 4 grams of protein - - obviously not a lot, but not bad for a "treat" food either.

My list is a lot like everyone else's.

organic eggs
cheddar cheese
fage 0
unsweetened almond breeze
Hydro Whey Chocolate (30 grams a scoop) for protein cocoa
Bodytech Dutch Chocolate Protein Pudding for breakfast (145 calories/4 carbs/24 protein)
shrimp, shrimp, shrimp but blossoming into different fish now
butter
meyer lemons
trader joe's chicken thigh patties
trader joe's buffalo burgers when they're in stock
splenda
cream cheese to mix with the splenda for an instant dessert fix
sour cream
costco rotisserie chicken
trader joe's broccoli slaw - great nuked for 30 seconds and added to shrimp stir fry
raspberries and blueberries
pork chops in the freezer for cooking 1 at a time
8 oz steaks individually frozen makes 2 meals
lots of tea bags of assorted flavors
frozen organic green beans
shredded parmesean for parmesean cheese crackers
Harris Ranch pot roast that nukes in 5 minutes - $4.99 a pound at Costco

Deli Sliced turkey with sliced cheese rolled up
Greek yogurt
Whole foods turkey chilli with sour cream dollop
Whole foods buffalo chilli with sour cream dollop
Tuna fish salad from whole foods
Protein shakes...protein shakes..protein shakes
protein hot chocolate
sugar free jello gelatin with sugar free whipped cream
humus
sugar free hard candy for after meals if i need sweet....limit three a day
wasa thin and crispy rosemary flat bread 
peanut butter and almond butter freshly ground
nuts....whole not roasted
hard boiled eggs 
when I really need yummy I get a soy latte from starbucks...yum
or I have greek yogurt with sugar free jelly in it...yay
or sugar free chocolate pudding with whipped cream
GOTTA GO EAT NOW...this has made me hungry...

Starbucks skinny lattes are delish!!

My new fav is thin sliced deli roast beef (I use Hormel naturals) smeared with a wedge of sundried tomato laughing cow cheese and 2 slices of avocado. Rolled up.....OMG...so good!

ALL of it sounds so yummy!  Thanks for posting your fave's LW's!  Making an editable list for myself right now.  And the links too!  Thanks!  It's all way better than what is in MY fridge right now... jello, jello, and more jello.  LOL  Actually there's also Fage yogurt and some organic Cuban Black Bean Bisque that's awesome so all is not lost.  LOL
