I reached my goal today.
Oh Lee!!!! Look at you!!!! Down almost another pound!!!! Way to go!!!
Yes, please post the pictures, if you don't mind.
I celebrated yesterday, by going to the gym and spending an hour on the treadmill doing a climbing interval and even ran for about 3-4 minutes. Couldn't have done that a year ago.
Thank you for your awesome support!!!

My scale has decided to "friend" me. Maybe it's my irritated Sleevie or maybe it's the added exercise that I can finally do again. Whatever the reason, I'm delighted!
I'm laughing because I felt like I celebrated my 1 year by really pushing myself at Pilates last night and you celebrated by running! We are just phenomenal women. :)
Right back atcha about the support!

Bravo! You have done fantastic, in record time. You're right, maintenance is going to be the interesting/challenging part. Look forward to hearing all about it. Loved that you celebrated the milestone by spending an hour on a treadmill. Isn't it lovely that you can? I'm gonna go lift weights now, you've inspired me.
Thank you, Cheryl!!!! I love that I am feeling stronger and healthier. The weight training has really helped to tone and build some muscle. I have alot of saggy skin, but I would rather have the saggy skin than be 4'11" and weigh 210 lbs. I lost alot of weight pre-op, which helped me to reach my goal fairly soon. You will be at goal, before you know it.
