It was probably 6-8 months before I did.  I was told to be careful in the beginning with it, because if not chewed to oblivion it could get "caught up" in my intestines.  Not sure how much of that was true, but because its a carb I stayed away.

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

My plan didn't hold.  I could face another chicken drumstick so took some beef out of the freezer at work.  I didn't know what was for dinner as my upstairs neighbor cooked to celebrate my 1 year surgiverary tonight.

B.  3/4 cup fage w/ 1/4 cup blueberries
L.   5 oz harris ranch pot roast, 1/2 cup broccoli slaw
D.  4 Trader Joe's bacon wrapped scallops, 3/4 cup green beans with slivered almonds, 3/4 cup red raspberries

Calories - 759
Protein - 63
Total Carbs - 41 higher than other days but all good carbs so not stressing about it.

Vitamins - yup
Fluids - good
Exercise - killer pilates class tonight which i loved loved loved!
