Sometimes I don't get back on to update my menu...but I'm going to try harder to do that when I get bck from my trip.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals. It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

S: 1/2 cup greek yogurt
L: 1/2 cup hormel turkey chili w. beans, 1 piece string cheese
S: Protein (1 scoop) in V8 diet spash
D: 4-patty melt bites, 1/3 cup green beans, 2 sf popsicles
S: 1/2 snack cup sf pudding to take with my bedtime pill
O: 2 chewy D3 and 2 chewy biotin
Totals: 870 cal, 23 fat, 60 carbs, 106 protein
Miles today: 2.21 easy elliptical, 1.5 miles jog outside (c25k training session 3- Ouch). May take a walk with the dogs this afternoon as the forcast is for a high of 67 degrees. Love it, it's still February!

I'm ready for the weekend. Big board meeting tonight and should be very controversial. I hope this meeting will finally end a full year of controversy and everyone can get back to the real reason we have these meetings!! Needless to say I am a stress eater so this is a very hard time for me to try and stay on track.

Had a wow this morning. Thought I would try on a pair of size 14 jeans and YES YES YES, I could get them on and done up. Breathing was optional....but they went on. So they are back in the closet waiting for me to hit onderland!
Keeps me focused on eating properly.
