Your get together sounds like a blast!  

It sounds like you are a lot more active than I am so you probably need the extra calories and food.  (I do little exercise)   I wasn't a big eater before WLS, I just ate the wrong things.  I could down a whole cake in a half days time and now it takes me a whole day to eat one piece because of dumping.....YEAH!!!!!!

I have no idea how many calories I eat in a day.  I only count the Protein from my drinks and then I pretty much eat what/when I want to. Except for cheezits,  I rarely eat "bad" carbs, but if I want fruit or cheese during the day to snack on then I just have it.  I might not get back on to post it though.

Since the beginning I have eaten small meals and even now I still have a lot of restriction.  I wish I could sit down and eat a steak once in awhile but a couple of ounces is all I can handle at a time. I still usually just eat off my DH's plate when we eat out or bring the balance of mine home and have it later or the next day. 

I love the Syntrax Nectares.  I just recently started putting the crystal lite in them but I'm thinking the crystal lite makes me crave them more.  I'm not sure if that's good or bad.  I have this thing about drinking things without protein in them...I know it's stupid but I can't just sit down and drink a glass of water or cyrstal lite.

I run around all day. My day starts at 4amish and ends in me fast asleep at 9pmish.
Also, since I upped my calories, I got my period back.. I got scared for a few days.

I love water, coffee and am working very hard on putting protein in it.. I can do without the Crystal lite but protein I want to add..it's just that I feel that I'm drinking my calories instead of eating them and I have always been a huge eater.  Now thankfully I can't eat a lot at one sitting but I still can eat..

Beef is very hard to digest for me as is chicken and turkey..but I get the best cut of beef and chew chew chew and then chew some more..  I have not had deserts because I am afraid of dumping, I've only dumped 3 times so I know that I will but I avoid things that do make me dump like the plague..
