AWE..grandbabies...I bet she's getting big. Ours is stil a little peanut yet. I think she weighed in at 8 lbs. her last visit. She is finally keeping her eyes open a little longer.

Had a nuclear stress test today,should get the results tomorrow. Day,eating and drinking kinda screwy since I spent the morning doing the test.

Today was a 1/2 day for my son, we were all over creation, walking, playing games and then at 6.15pm he had fencing. I suited up and played along!

I'm going to be going to be going a convention in a couple of weeks and I think I need to buy some of the Nyntrax Nectar Lemon tea you have to use with Crystal Lite..because I'm going to be tempted at every turn and I just don't know if I'll have access to a computer for most of the time..
I will keep track and post her what I ate after the fact but I think what my plan is is to go back to what my nutritionist had me do befoer the surgery. 2 protein shakes and 1 meal a day.
I notice that that is what you are doing ..you eat far less food than I do in any given day and you are on maintenance! I would like to enjoy myself and have not to really worry too much about calories while I'm there but I don't want to stop the losing weight either.
The convention is a fun one with no stress for me..but I will be hosting a dinner and yes there will be tons of fun activities...physical ones that I will partake of..but I am nervous..
(OH and one of the activities is a "pajama party for 150 of my nearest and dearest friends" with plans for a pillow fight and building a fort..well the fort building is scheduled..I'm adding the pillow fight)! Any things I NEED to have with me?
