My DD's are packing capris and my DH has already packed his shorts.  I remember it was supposed to be nice last year and then it rained.  I'm packing an umbrella just in case.

Isn't it funny how somedays our tummy's can't hold much.  2.8 oz. isn't a big patty...who ever would have guessed...LOL

- made some protein chai tea (yum -o)  2 cups had 153 cal, 6 carbs, 30 protein

B- 1/2 C cottage cheese..................145 calories, 13 carbs, 14 protein
     1/4C pineapple chunk in own juice
    
L-   2 deviled egg  ..................364 cal., 8 carbs, 22 protein
      cheese stick
       2 stalks of celery
       2 Tbsp ranch dip
      

S- About Time shake............... 30 g. protein,  2g sugar, 5g carbs
     1/2 power crunch bar           


D- Wendy's Chili .............280 calories, 29 carbs,21 protein

Daily Intake Totals

Cals1343  Carbs65 g   Protein 158 g   Carbs are from the beans in the chili

Miles: 60minutes cardio video, 1mile walk,

Hi Roz, hope the weather is fab for you.
Swinging lizards, Christina...hope things go really well.

Been on the phone all day following up with businesses for the student career day!  What alot of talking, no wonder I dislilke the phone...LOL.

Anyway, here is my menu today.

B-oatmeal and protein powder (34 g)
L- protein shake (30 g)
D- Ricotta and pepperoni (10 g)

2 litres Crystal Lite
All vitamins done.
