Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals. It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Just another day at the office... But I got some good news, I have an interview for the PhD program I applied to tomorrow morning. Wish me luck!

Todays menu:
B: Protein coffee (1.5 scoops)
S: 1 piece string cheese
L: 2 oz deli chicken, 1/4 sweet potato
S: Nectar protein (1.5 scoops) mixed in diet V8 spash
D: 2 oz shrimp with ****tail sauce and a chaser of benadryl for the hives that have reoccurred (still love shrimp regardless of hives)
S: 1/2 sf jello pudding to take my crushed pill before bedtime
As part of my vitamins, I'm taking chewy D3 and biotin from GNC. I haven't been tracking them in my food log. In fact, I never really checked the package until today. Well, I just added them as a custom food because they add 80 calories and 16 g carbs a day. When they're gone, I'm going to switch to dry D3 and Biotin, as the carbs are outrageous. I have to admit, they taste fantastic, like starburst and tootsie roll. Yum, but I can pass.
totals: 653 cals, 10 fat, 32 carbs, 106 protein
Miles today: went 3.69 walking on treadmill, 120 situps, lunges 6 times across gym. At home I did upper body weights while watching 'What Not to Wear', which I'm totally hooked on.
