Sooo...I experimented with the protein coffee and came up with this recipe...

Protein Chocolate Caramel Coffee

6 scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder
1.5 cups of skim milk powder
3/4 cup Splenda
1 tsp SF Toriani Caramel Syrup

Mix first three ingrediants together in a sealed canister.

Make a cup of hot coffee..add two tablespoons of mixture along with a tsp of syrup.

Blend in Magic Bullet for about 10 seconds.

Protein 19 g per serving.

SOOOOOOOOOOOO yummy.

Mine didn't clump at all...

Enjoy!

Now I have two yummy drinks in the mornings ...or anytime

Brenda,

I'm going to try making a "mix" maybe that will give me a stronger latte the way I like it!  Thanks for posting!  I'll skip the splenda tho.  I get enough "fake" sweet with my SF flavored syrups!

Your mixes would be good for a cooler type coffee drink in the summer too.....just add coffee and blend with ice!  My favorite summer cooler is  vanilla/peach or vanilla pluot!  I buy the Pluot at my local Caribou Coffee...it's one of thier signature flavors.  It isn't SF but I'll take it anyway......LOL

Ohhh...btw...make sure you don't let it sit in the hot liquid long...whisk it right away

Thanks!

Where do you find skim milk powder?

Well because I live in Canada...it's in all our local grocery stores...usually a large bag. I find mine in the baking or sometimes canned milk section.

I buy my non fat powdered milk at the grocery store. It is near the cans of evaporated milk and all the soy/almond/rice milk. I don't think its a specialty product.
