Fitness Fun - February 15
Did ya'll miss me?? Did you have a wonderful weekend and Valentines Day? I sure hope you all did have a great weekend.
What are your fitness goals this week?
My goals is just to get to the gym gosh darned it! Busy busy schedule and I am falling back into old habits of saying..."meh, I'll go tomorrow"...not a good thing guys. So success for me will be to just get my butt in the gym and get moving for at least 30 min. That way my compulsive behavior can kick in and get a high intensity workout....
Well, gotta get back to work now...today is my Monday...soooooo....

G'morning. I'm sick sick sick. No energy at all. Can barely make it to the bathroom, where I go quite a bit, unfortunately.
So fitness will mean walking to the bathroom or the kitchen, I think. Maybe to the front door to let the delivery guy drop off my food order. And then there's always the doggie...
Urg.
But I'm here to check in about yesterday, since I am so proud of myself for it. I took the doggie for our first run together in months! It was warm and perfect running weather. We ran 2 miles in about 15 minutes. The fartlek training is DOING WONDERS for my speed - that's just over a 7 minute mile!!!

I'm planning on giving Zumba a try tonight. Still having some pain and soreness, so not quite sure what I'll be wearing for support....
Plan on going home and changing into my zumba workout clothes, then going and getting my nails done, then going to zumba, then to the ex's to cut the cats toenails... sounds exciting, huh?
Oh and when that's all done a little more packing is on the agenda!

Nothing for me today, acid reflux and nausea is pretty bad today. :(
However, I went to DH's kettlebell class on Saturday and did the ENTIRE class for the first time since surgery, and it felt great! :) My muscles, however, were screaming and are still slightly pissed off. :) Missed that feeling. I hope tomorrow is better and I can go back.
