Menus and Miles Tues. Feb. 15th

My numbers for the 15th are not exactly accurate because I fell asleep very early ..and didn't feel like posting..I think I got a little flu going on..but this is what I did post.

 Breakfast:     
 CVS Calcium Citrate +D, 2
Turkey breast meat, 50 grams
Bariatric Advantage Complete Multi w/ Vit D3, Complete B. Essential Trace Minerals, Orange Flavor, 1 serving 
 
 Lunch:     
 
Salad Dressing, Kraft Ranch with bacon, 1 tbsp
Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) 
 
Dinner:   
Turkey Soup, no pasta just vege's 
Snack:
Macadamia Nuts, 1 oz (10-12 kernels) Protein shake
 
 
 
CALORIES : 800 give or take
Fat: 50
Protein: 60-80

I dumped and got very sick on the Macadamia nuts..but since I ate them...I added them to the day's total.

I ate a lot of turkey that I did not write in...
