Hi Roz, 

I hope the flight works out! Traveling makes me anxious sometimes.

Pre-b: a few bites of chicken lo-mein (grrr, i woke up hungry today)
B: greek yogurt w/ peaches and mixed nuts
S: protein shake
L: not sure (either soup and 1/2 sandwich or fish and vegetables, depending on what my favorite cafe is serving today)
S: latte
D: not sure, having dinner w/ BF's parents

We love to travel but spending the whole day in Atlanta doesn't sound like fun to me after a really long weekend.  This is the most demanding and tiring competition we go to.  DH says we can sleep in Monday, which does sound good, but I'd rather be on my way home.

I did real well yesterday until about 8:00 last night when I ate about 4 squares of my dark chocolate bar and blew the whole day.  Deja vu

You didn't blow the day....We aren't on a program like WW where you have to stick to a plan or you don't lose.  You wanted it so you ate it.  This is going to be our way of life forever and I'm sure you will have chocolate again. I just do the best I can do so that occasionally I can have a treat...but no guilt goes with it.

The only time this would be bad is if you still lose and you think this can be a part of your every day menus.

Ahhh tomorrow is my one year post op appointment and i'm stressing out. Ive already eaten 500 calories today from just snacking. i need to stop! having a protein shake for lunch and dinner but this is what i have eaten by 9am :(

so far:

s-almonds, string cheese

d-protein shake

Good morning Roz, I am so sorry about your travel ~ that sucks that they charge so much...ugh...

Here is my menu today:

S - 2 egg white popovers & 2 sausage patties (25g & 180 cal)
L - chicken salad on shredded lettuce w/1/2 bagel thin (21g & 212 cal)
S - bean salad (6g & 110 cal)
D - grilled steak salad
S - protein drink (24g & 114 cal)

protein: 112g w/o dinner
calories: 787 w/o dinner

Vits: on track
h2o: 96 oz goal will start after snack
Miles: going to try to hit the gym tonight...I'm gonna go up and slap it...lol....just kidding. I really need to get motivated...

I went to curves this morning and drove one pony this afternoon. It's been as good day here but I have been hungrier since I got home.
